From 1991 through 1999 Joey refined his unique method for teaching some of the most affluent women in the world how to exercise properly and efficiently to improve and enhance specific body problem-areas and trouble-zones.
 
Because of the dramatic results his clients were experiencing, his popularity grew rapidly through the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The demand for his time and expertise forced him to hire other fitness pros and teach them his method, in order to help more clients.
 
Much to his surprise, the humble, yet visionary, expert would find himself standing face to face with some of the most popular people in the world, working one-on-one with each, to create and incorporate a fitness program for their specific needs and goals.
 
The high demand on his time in NY eventually burned Joey out. So, he sold his mobile personal training business to 3 of his trainers and moved to Florida. Several years after opening and running GAC Personal Training in Ponte Vedra Beach, the same scenario presented itself.
 
Joey was so good, his schedule was always booked solid. He had no life, no time for anything else. And he realized there were hundreds of thousands, even millions of women around the world he could be helping through the power and reach of the internet; instead of just a few dozen affluent clients in his local area.
